About This Class

This is a Level I style Postnatal Yoga and Movement class designed to help mom's find mobility and strength in their hips, while bringing awareness to the pelvis, pelvic floor and it's connection to the core canister and breath. No props are required, just comfortable clothing you can move in, a yoga mat if you have one (but not required). This class is suitable for mom's in the early stages of postpartum or 1, 5, or 10 years postpartum!
